Angus leads Brookline Property Group with deep expertise across the wholesale investment sector. He brings a strong track record in investment management, asset management, transactions, and analysis across commercial real estate — with a particular focus on building the Brookline SDA platform and delivering purpose-driven assets across regional New South Wales.
Strategy & Transactions
Gavin is dedicated to the Brookline SDA Platform, bringing extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, and strategic advisory as a Chartered Accountant.
He has held senior roles in corporate development at McGrath Limited and financial due diligence at PwC, where he led commercial finance activities, M&A transactions, financial planning, and investor reporting across residential, commercial and purpose-built accommodation sectors.
